my lessons primarily focus on reviewing where a student is lacking in their understanding of the study material and reteaching these areas in broken-down steps with exercises to ensure proper understanding. Often it is only a small concept that needs to be reintroduced in the right method in order for a student to grasp the greater picture of the study material and perform to their full potential.
I teach in English
a typical starting lesson with me will involve reviewing a student's class work and study material and going through the content to identify where a student struggles. From here we will place focus on these weak areas and reteach these concepts in an easy-to-digest manner tailored per student.
my tutoring sessions are aimed at high school students from grade 8 to matric and also applying to AP subjects.
