About Omer
As a certified 2-Dan Go player with over 8 years of experience, I bring not only advanced game knowledge but also a deep understanding of how people learn. I’ve helped many students build confidence, structure, and long-term improvement — not just random tips or one-off advice. My lessons follow a clear plan: we assess your current level, define goals, and work step-by-step through practical games, focused reviews, and targeted exercises. Every session is tailored to your pace and style. I value your time, and I’m committed to giving you lessons that are engaging, organized, and results-oriented. Whether you're a total beginner or a kyu player looking to sharpen your skills, you'll feel supported, challenged, and encouraged throughout. Teaching is not a side hobby for me — it's something I take seriously, and I care about your growth. Let’s make your Go journey focused, efficient, and enjoyable.

Anyone can play Go. But not everyone can teach it. I’m not just a 2-Dan player — I’m someone who knows how to break the game down into simple, clear ideas. I’ve taught dozens of players from total beginners to 1-2 kyu level, always adapting to their learning speed and goals. My lessons are not just about theory — we review real games, focus on practical thinking, and train reading through targeted problems. I will track the progression of my every student all the time so I can make sure that they improve their game. I won’t overwhelm you with unnecessary complexity. Instead, I’ll give you tools to grow steadily, understand positions deeply, and feel confident playing anyone. If you're tired of aimless improvement and want structured, personal guidance, I’m here to help. Let’s make your progress real.
