I now teach to share my skills and experience to increase awareness about Indian Culture and keep the heritage alive along with sharing the love of dance with everyone.

About the lesson

I tailor dance classes to individuals according to their needs and I can offer a wide array of techniques in performance, movement technique, expressions and personal enjoyment by pushing them to be their best along with therapeutic techniques to de-stress, and foster emotional resilience and the mind-body connection. I had a fantastic experience learning dance from Kalpita . Her passion for dance is evident, and their teaching style is both engaging and patient. They break down complex moves into manageable steps, making it accessible for all skill levels. The classes are not only instructional but also enjoyable, creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere. I highly recommend Kalpita for anyone looking to enhance their dance skills with a supportive and talented instructor.
Her infectious love for dance is palpable in every class. The energy she brings is invigorating, creating an environment where you can't help but fall in love with dancing too.
