About Aileen
I am a knowledgeable dancer with over 20 years of dance training in Western styles. I have been training in an array of genres with a heavy focus on modern and ballet. I have plenty of experiences working with children of all ages in an educational setting but I am also happy to help adults achieve their goals.

I approach teaching by finding a baseline for the student and working upwards from there. I have the student set personal goals and we work to achieve them together. I believe patience and constructive criticism, as well as positive praise, is the most effluent way to achieve goals and growth
