About David
I’m David Dang, a classically trained pianist with over a decade of experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from Georgia Southern University.
I work with students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced, and adapt my teaching to each individual. My approach is structured but not overwhelming, with a strong focus on both technique and musical expression.
I aim to help students not just play the notes, but connect with the music and enjoy the process while building confidence over time.

In my lessons, I focus on developing a strong technical foundation alongside a clear understanding of musical interpretation. I enjoy helping students not only play the right notes, but understand and connect to what they’re playing. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level and goals, from complete beginners to advanced players.
I place a lot of emphasis on timing, control, and consistency, while keeping the process engaging so progress feels natural and motivating.
My teaching approach is structured and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for music and for helping students grow. Lessons are suitable for all ages and levels.
