About Chelsea
My name is Chelsea Humani. I am a passionate Biology tutor.
I hold a Diploma in Education specialising in Biology and Chemistry as well as a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology. I have 1 year experience of teaching Biology.
I chose to teach because I find fulfilment in helping learners to overcome challenges, gain confidence and achieve their academic goals. My aim is to create an inclusive and positive environment for learners, where they can feel comfortable to ask questions and to develop a lasting interest in Science.

I believe that every student can succeed if they receive the right guidance and support. I use a student-centred teaching approach, which makes Biology easier to understand. I use diagrams, practical examples, discussions, quizzes and step-by-step guidance to help students to build confidence and enjoy learning.
I also help students to prepare for examinations by practising past exam papers, improving their answering techniques and focusing on areas where they need more support.
My lessons last 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the students' needs, level of understanding and the topic being covered.
My lessons are suitable for Secondary School students from form 1 to form 4 (ages 13 to 17) who want to improve their Biology knowledge and prepare very well for ZIMSEC and Cambridge examinations.
