My approach to teaching is based on interactive learning and individualized training, based on my expertise. Developing a profound knowledge of topics is more important to me than just memorization.
To do this, I use a number of methods:
Explanatory Learning: I use precise, short sentences to simplify difficult subjects. In order to successfully illustrate topics, I offer examples and comparisons.
Interactive Questioning: I encourage active participation by asking thought-provoking questions and guiding students to arrive at answers independently.
Practice Exercises: In order to reinforce learning, I give plenty of opportunity for practice through tests, puzzles, and exercises.
Evaluation and comments: I provide students with helpful criticism on their work in order to point out areas that need development and help them move forward.
