About Deen
I want to teach as I have just completed my exams. I know exactly how it feels, the pressure to remember everything as well as be consistent with impeccable exam technique. I know how students think and exactly which pieces of information they will and will not need to know. I also love when students ask me questions, as it helps me to identify gaps in their knowledge that others may have missed.

My lessons are all 1 hour long. For the full hour, I will be tutoring instead of leaving my students to do independent work during the lesson which they could easily do in their own time. My one hour involves a short period where we recap the topic taught last week, followed by the main period of learning new content, and finally going through some pre-prepared exam questions together. I will be on a call with my student, sharing my screen and digital whiteboard which I will be writing on. Students can also ask for the copy of the whiteboard I write on after the lesson has concluded, if they wish to review things further. I will be teaching GCSE and A level chemistry and biology. I am a first year medical student at UCL who got 3 A*s at A level which included biology and chemistry.
