About Laura
I am an economist, currently pursuing an MPhil in Economic Research at the University of Cambridge, having graduated BSc Economics with distinction from the University of Manchester. I have six years of teaching experience, primarily directed at children and teenagers aged between 6 and 18. I am qualified to tutor Mathematics, Economics, English and Portuguese, and to help with university applications.

My teaching method is, above all, interactive and informal. I encourage my students to learn through simple examples, and by doing interactive exercises: debates, readings, etc. I write explanatory sheets and exercises specific to the level of individual understanding. Only after the student has mastered the basics and understood intuition, do we progress to excellence.
