About Wendy
After years of working with people internationally and at home here in the United States, it is clear that most people harbor fears and anxieties, many of which started when they were children. Not being given any tools to deal with their worries, many adults are plagued with anxiety, which can prevent them from pursuing their dreams. I will show you a specific method to help you move on and grow.
