About Carlos
My name is Carlos, I studied pastry and confectionery, and I have worked in restaurants as well as pastry shops, although like some of you I am an engineering student, therefore and for the moment the faculty does not allow me to have a job as such with a schedule , so to be able to pay for school and my expenses I am here hoping to be able to teach all my knowledge but even more importantly that you learn.
