Hi , I am diksha kumari . I love to do yoga . yoga is the union of the body and soul . It has a great Philosophy and History: Sharing the origins and philosophy of yoga helps students appreciate its depth and relevance beyond the physical practice.
Different Styles: Educating students about various styles of yoga allows them to explore and find what resonates best with them.
Alignment and Safety: Explaining the purpose of postures helps students understand alignment, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing their practice.

1. Opening (5 minutes)
Seated Meditation: Begin in a comfortable seated position. Guide students to close their eyes, focus on their breath, and set an intention for their practice.
Gentle Neck Rolls: Release any tension in the neck.
2. Warm-Up (10 minutes)
Cat-Cow Stretch: Flow between these poses to warm up the spine.
Child’s Pose to Downward Dog: Transition back and forth a few times, syncing movement with breath.
3. Sun Salutations (10 minutes)
Sun Salutation A (3 rounds): Introduce variations like stepping back to Plank instead of jumping.
Sun Salutation B: Add Warrior I and II for a deeper engagement.
4. Standing Sequence (15 minutes)
Warrior II to Extended Side Angle: Focus on alignment and breath.
Reverse Warrior: Encourage students to feel the stretch and openness.
Transition to Tree Pose: Challenge balance and foster focus.
5. Flowing Sequence (10 minutes)
From Downward Dog: Flow into a high lunge, then into a twisted lunge (with the back knee up).
Vinyasa to Chaturanga: Incorporate variations, allowing students to choose their level.
6. Grounding Poses (10 minutes)
Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana): Encourage lengthening the spine.
Reclined Bound Angle Pose: Open the hips while supporting the back.
7. Cool Down (5 minutes)
Supine Spinal Twist: Gently massage the spine.
Happy Baby Pose: Invite a playful energy, reminding students to let go.
8. Closing (5 minutes)
Savasana: Guide them into a deep relaxation. Play soft music or use guided visualization to enhance the experience.
