About Rini
With 5 years of violin teaching experience and approximately 150 students successfully trained, I am passionate about helping learners discover their musical abilities. Teaching violin allows me to inspire confidence and creativity in students of all ages.
My approach is motivational and supportive. I ensure every student develops a strong technical base in posture, bow control, intonation, rhythm, and tone production. At the same time, I encourage expressive playing so that students connect emotionally with the music they perform.
I customise lessons according to each learner’s pace and goals, whether they aim for stage performances, academic programmes, or personal enrichment. I provide structured guidance for home practice, helping students build consistency and discipline.
One of my unique skills is helping students overcome stage fear and self-doubt. I prepare them gradually for performances, building both skill and confidence. My mission is to create self-assured violinists who take pride in their progress and love the art of music.

My teaching approach for violin is built on strong communication and understanding each student personally. I believe that when students feel comfortable and respected, they learn better and grow faster.
Every student has a different learning style, so I carefully observe whether they learn best by listening, watching demonstrations, reading notes, or practising hands-on. I then adapt my lessons accordingly.
Along with violin performance, I also teach music theory, scales, arpeggios, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, and basic music history.
This helps students understand not just how to play, but why music works the way it does. I use real-life examples such as preparing for school competitions, recitals, orchestra rehearsals, and graded exams to make learning practical.
I also discuss common performance challenges like stage fear and time management. My goal is to build strong fundamentals, musical expression, discipline, and confidence in every student.
