About Tobiasz
Hi, I’m Tobiasz! I've just completed a Diploma of Philosophy in Mathematics at UTAS, getting High Distinctions in Mathematics 1A&B. I have also completed Mathematics Methods 4 (Exceptional Achievement), Mathematics Specialized 4 (High Achievement), and Physical Sciences 3 (Exceptional Achievement). I have a passion for math and physics, and I am offering affordable tutoring for secondary students in these areas. I have a thorough understanding of the content taught in each year in Tasmania. This is my first tutoring job, and I’m keen to help younger students build confidence and actually enjoy the subjects.

In my lessons, I adapt my approach to the student and try to find a way to make the subject feel more intuitive than it might in a textbook. I prepare a range of resources depending on the student’s goals, whether strengthening fundamental skills or explaining difficult concepts in a more familiar way. My lessons are about an hour long, and I am able to teach students in years 7-10.
