About Julie
My name is Julie and I launched my startup 3 years ago. After studying ethics and starting my career in the development sector, I obtained a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation in 2019 from the London School of Economics (LSE) in London. I have since started my social business there. Today, I use both my research skills and my knowledge of ethics to measure the impact of our activity and position our offer at best as my management studies to grow our activity. Like any entrepreneur, I have had my share of failures and great successes that I will be happy to share with you without taboos and in full transparency. I favor a practical and realistic approach to entrepreneurship to prepare and support you as well as possible.

Getting into entrepreneurship is a dream for many but when it comes to really getting started and structuring your project, it is sometimes difficult to know where to start and what decisions to make. Entrepreneur myself and having added a good number of strings to my bow in the process, I suggest you accompany you in the launch of your project. More precisely, we will work together on:
- the definition of your project: vision, mission, Theory of change if you want to create a social enterprise
- the market study and the assessment of the need
- your business model and development strategy
- your brand identity and your communication strategy
- the creation of your website and your debut on social networks
- your go-to-market and sales strategy
- Setting KPIs and measuring your impact
- Progressively building your team
- Your personal and professional organization: what techniques to use to keep your head above the water and how to protect your health in the process (essential!)
PS: entrepreneurship is not an easy path and when starting we don't always have realistic expectations. So be ready to debunk myths during the first sessions!
