About Olivia
I create welcoming sessions where swimmers can learn without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. My instruction is based on clear demonstrations, careful observation, and practical feedback. I adapt activities to suit different abilities and learning speeds, helping each person address specific challenges while gradually developing stronger technique, confidence, coordination, and enjoyment in the water.

Swimming lessons combine skill development with enjoyable, purposeful practice. Depending on your experience, sessions can focus on water confidence, floating, breathing control, kicking, stroke mechanics, coordination, endurance, or improving overall efficiency. Each activity is introduced progressively, allowing swimmers to practise comfortably, recognise improvements, and develop safer, more controlled movement in water.
