About Cielo
With 6 years of experience as a Biology tutor, I bring enthusiasm, patience, and a student-focused approach to every lesson. I have supported learners ranging from K–12 students to first-year college students, helping them strengthen their foundations, overcome difficult concepts, and prepare effectively for assessments.
I see biology as a subject full of fascinating connections, and my aim is to make those connections easier for students to recognize. Instead of relying on repetitive memorization, I encourage learners to understand biological processes through examples, illustrations, questioning, discussion, and problem-solving. I can guide students through areas including genetics, cells, human body systems, biodiversity, ecosystems, evolution, reproduction, and molecular biology.
During my six years of tutoring, I have learned that every student progresses differently. I therefore adjust the pace, explanation style, and level of practice according to each learner's needs. I make lessons welcoming so students feel comfortable expressing confusion and asking questions.
I can assist with schoolwork, revision, exam preparation, assignments, or strengthening overall subject knowledge. I am committed to helping students become more confident, thoughtful, and independent learners while developing a genuine interest in biology and improving their academic performance.

I offer personalized biology lessons that turn complicated scientific ideas into understandable, manageable concepts. My tutoring is available for students from K–12 to college first year, with lessons adjusted according to their curriculum, current knowledge, and learning objectives. I believe biology becomes much more interesting when students understand how and why processes happen instead of relying entirely on memorization.
Lessons may cover cells and organelles, DNA and heredity, genetics, ecosystems, evolution, classification, human body systems, reproduction, metabolism, and other essential areas of biology. I combine visual explanations, real-world examples, questioning techniques, and targeted exercises to create an active learning experience.
Students can use our sessions for regular academic support, homework assistance, exam preparation, revision, or simply to build a stronger foundation in the subject. I break larger topics into smaller sections so learners can gradually develop confidence without feeling overwhelmed.
I also encourage students to think scientifically by analyzing information, interpreting diagrams, comparing biological processes, and solving application-based questions. Each session is organized around practical learning outcomes, with opportunities to review previous material and address difficult areas.
My aim is to make biology approachable, meaningful, and enjoyable while helping every student progress toward their academic goals.
