About Lea
I’m Lea, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher from Germany. For the past eight years, I’ve been teaching yoga classes and contributing to yoga teacher trainings, supporting students from all backgrounds in creating a deeper connection with themselves through mindful movement, breath and awareness.
I offer private and group classes that are thoughtfully tailored to each student’s unique needs and intentions. Whether you are a complete beginner, recovering from an injury, seeking more balance and relaxation, or wanting to deepen your practice, each session is adapted to meet you exactly where you are. I love holding a safe and nurturing space where you can reconnect with your body, cultivate inner awareness and support your overall wellbeing.

Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your experience, physical needs and intentions, whether you are seeking greater strength, flexibility, mobility, relaxation or a deeper sense of inner balance and mindfulness. I welcome complete beginners, experienced practitioners and those moving through physical challenges or personal healing journeys. Through mindful movement, breath awareness and compassionate guidance, I create a safe and supportive space where you can reconnect with your body, listen inward and cultivate a deeper sense of wellbeing.
