About Aristoménis
I obtained my doctorate in public law with a thesis in legal theory on positivist methodology. For 5 years, I taught in TD the disciplines of public law in Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Aix. I was in charge of the following subjects: constitutional law (L1), administrative law (L2), EU institutional law (L2) EU internal market law (L3), European law of fundamental rights and freedoms ( L3), legal reasoning and argumentation (M1).

If you encounter difficulties in seizing a legal problem, the application of a rule, the interest of a legal category or the contribution of a case law, we will work from court decisions which have for object this that you don't understand. The important thing is that each time you understand why and how such and such a category, such problem, such case law, which at first glance seems to you without interest, is nevertheless the subject of legal arguments. If you fail to achieve the grade you expect with the papers you return, we can work together on the essay or stop comment methodology. If possible with a subject handy. We can think of a detailed outline of the commentary or essay together. I am very successful on the exercise methodology.
