I am a business professional with over a decade of leadership experience in banking and wealth management, and I am currently completing my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). My background combines hands-on expertise in managing teams, developing strategies, and improving organizational performance with advanced academic research in leadership and communication. I’m passionate about tutoring in business management and organization because it allows me to share the knowledge and experience I’ve built through both my career and education. Professionally, I’ve spent years in banking and wealth management, where I led teams, developed business strategies, and improved organizational efficiency. These roles taught me how theory connects to practice and how strong leadership can drive both people and performance.
Academically, I’m completing my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), where my research focuses on leadership and communication strategies that enhance productivity and profitability. Combined with my earlier business and finance education, this gives me a solid foundation to help students not only understand concepts but also apply them in real-world situations.
Tutoring gives me the chance to bring these two sides together—sharing practical insights from my career while grounding them in proven business theories.
