I think it is vital to ensure foundation principles of science are in place and will spend the time that is required in establishing these before moving on.
Only then can progression be accelerated to meet the requirements of the individual learner.
Usually I find that my wide knowledge of science and engineering can inspire students to engage their own enthusiasm
