-I take an individual-centred interactive practice-based approach to learning - these lessons will be tailored to YOU as an individual, and will help to nurture your strengths and work on what you might consider as areas that need deep-diving.
-A typical lesson will be around 45-60 mins, involve interactive activities, and be practice-based - we will work collaboratively to apply what you've learned and learn through action
