About Daria

I’m a bilingual actor and director trained at the Oxford School of Drama, LAMDA and RCSSD, with a particular interest in helping people find confidence and freedom in the way they communicate.

As a performer, I know first-hand how nerve-racking it can feel to speak in front of others, and how much a little preparation can change the experience. My approach combines practical techniques drawn from actor training with a tailored approach, helping you manage nerves, connect with your material and communicate with confidence and authenticity.

As a bilingual speaker, I especially enjoy working with non-native English speakers, helping them overcome language-related insecurities so they can express themselves naturally and get their ideas across clearly.

Having worked with school pupils and people in academia, I’m also happy to support professionals looking to feel more confident presenting, speaking up in meetings or addressing an audience. Whatever your background or goals, I tailor each lesson to help you make the most of your own voice and presence.

About the lesson

My lessons are typically 1h long either at my place in North East London or online.

As a drama school-trained, bilingual actor, I help people speak with confidence, clarity and presence. I’ve worked with school pupils and people in academia, and I’m equally happy to support corporate professionals preparing presentations, leading meetings or speaking in front of colleagues.

Whether you want to overcome nerves, deliver a compelling presentation, speak up more confidently in meetings or feel more comfortable addressing an audience, my lessons give you practical tools to manage anxiety, engage your listeners and get your message across effectively.

She's really incredible - she gets what drama school auditions are like and offers honest and practical advice without overwhelming you. What I also really like is that her approach is professional but super flexible and tailored to what you need and not some one-size fits all method.
