Using movement, breathwork, music and fun, I want to help my students to trust the instinctive intelligence of their bodies and create a toolbox of skills they can choose to apply in their own lives when they need them. There is no right or wrong, just a willingness to turn up on your mat and see what unfolds.

Fundamentally, I am fascinated by the body, and movement. My passion is to help people move better in their own bodies, by empowering them with their own tool kit to heal themselves.
Since qualifying I have trained and specialised in Back Care & Wellbeing and Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes in length
I love teaching beginners and introducing people to Yoga.
My clients range from children in schools to mature adults.
