About Sameesh
I am an undergraduate in Business Analytics and a passionate drummer with years of expertise in drumming and percussion. Drumming has been an inborn talent of mine, which I refined under the guidance of one of the world’s best drum tutors, an ambassador for several renowned drum companies. I teach out of my love for creating and hearing drum patterns, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge to help students build confidence and develop their skills. Teaching allows me to inspire others and pass on my passion for rhythm and music to the next generation of musicians.

Working as a part time drum tutor at a famous district school in Auckland, I bring over six years of drumming and percussion experience to my lessons, tailored for beginners to intermediate players and also for people who just wanna know how to jam to any music! .
My sessions typically last 1 -2 hours, depending on your requirement and focus on rhythm, technique, and confidence. I teach a wide range of percussion instruments, including drum kits, cajón, djembe, snare drums, and more. My approach combines structured learning with fun, ensuring students build skills while enjoying the creative process.
