I am dual credentialed by the state of CA and have over 15 years experience in classrooms and working with children. By keeping my certifications current, I have recurring background checks and testing to ensure I am up to date. My teaching background began in the public school system working with students with special needs. I always treat each student with kindness and respect, and I approach their relationship with learning based on their individual needs and experiences.

I am a CA dual credentialed teacher with a Social Science single subject credential and multiple subject credential. This means I am certified to teach any grade K-12, with extensive knowledge in the subjects of the social sciences, reading comprehension, and writing. I worked in the public school classroom for a few years in special education; helping students with IEP’s get the services and accommodations needed for them to succeed. And I currently work as a studio teacher in the entertainment industry; educating and looking out for minors on film/television sets. This job has me working with children of all ages, 1-17 years old. I provide educational services to children of all grade levels on set and am familiar with current public school, private school, and various online curriculum. I will utilize various strategies to reach struggling students and help them find confidence and success in their reading, writing, and analysis abilities; as well as additional subjects. Please inquire about any K-8 tutoring needs, as I did not list them all.
