About Darby
In college, I studied Public Health and Spanish in college and graduated summa cum laude. Directly after college, I pursued a dual Masters’ sin Health Administration and Health Informatics. I then completed my fellowship with the Cleveland Clinic and now work at UAB. I love school and miss being in a learning environment. I was constantly helping tutor girls in my sorority in college, I regularly tutored in high school, and as an older sister to two brothers, teaching and helping others to learn and grow is in my blood. I love learning, kids, career planning, and anything in between. No problem or task is too big—together we’ve totally got this!

I’m very patient and personable! I love to make learning fun by creating acronyms and colorcoded study guides. I’ve completed college and 2 masters degrees, so I have a plethora of study tools on hand to help you destress! We can tackle these things together and make sure you feel confident and capable. I’m extremely extroverted, and I’m currently a project manager in operations at UAB. As a result, I’m very used to teaching and helping others succeed. I’ve had years of tutoring experience, and I’m happy to meet you where you are in school. There will be no judgment or reasons to feel embarrassed from me. No questions are dumb, and I look forward to learning alongside you!
