About Millicent
Hi! I’m Millie, a 2020 Graduate of Modern Languages from Durham University. When the pandemic hit and school closed, I started tutoring online to help students who were struggling with the lack of contact hours with teachers. I haven’t stopped teaching since, and love working with young people and adults to see real improvement in their languages and general studies.
Aside from teaching, I also love music, theatre, all things sport, and cooking good food.

I always make sure that we have a fun and enjoyable lesson that doesn’t feel too much like school, but at the same time we will find and work on your weakest areas and topics to boost your grades to the best that they can be. The goal is to build real and solid understanding that cannot falter in an exam environment.
My lessons normally are 1 hour long, but we can always extend or shorted classes depending on the needs of the student.
I teach Spanish and French from primary all the way up to A-Level, Maths from primary to GCSE, and English as a foreign language to all ages.
