About Darcie
Hello! My name is Darcie, and I am a recent Natural Sciences graduate from Durham University. I chose my degree as it is extremely flexible in what I am able to study. I majored in physics but also took two modules in earth sciences which kept my degree interesting. I loved studying these subjects as they can teach us the principles of everything in the universe and I find it fascinating to see how they can be used to enhance and innovate key areas of society such as healthcare and technology.

My lessons are focused around creating the perfect learning environment for the student. Everyone learns differently and it's important to learn in the way that suits you best, which is why I spend my first few sessions with a student figuring out what works best for them. I try to keep my lessons as interactive as possible so that the student is learning through problem solving on their own. My sessions are typically 1 hour long. I have a Master's degree in Physics from Durham University. I offer maths and physics lessons for students up to and including A level.
