About Ella
I'm a second-year student at Durham University and I enjoy helping students push themselves and supporting them as they gain confidence in their studies. I like to make the tutoring sessions as engaging and fun for the student as possible, tailoring lesson plans and aims to fit the student.

Through my 5 years of tutoring experience, I have learned to personalize lesson plans to the student, their skillset, and aims. Lessons usually last 1 hour but I am flexible with doing more frequent shorter sessions. I have taught students from age 4 to 18, with large variations in level and whether the sessions are exam-based, to push students further, or just for extra practice and support.
