About Luca
I have only recently graduated as dux of my school with an ATAR of 98.5 and achieved a raw 45 in VCE Chemistry. This impressive result emphasizes my extensive knowledge with the course and hence suitability to tutor. My passion is fueled by my previous experience as a soccer referee where my role involved teaching younger kids the rules of the sport in a patient and understanding way. This has allowed me to gain essential skills that enhance my ability to tutor students effectively.

Each lesson will start with a short quiz containing questions from previous lessons. This will offer students the chance to consolidate their learning with active recall. Based on their performance and confidence, the session will be tailored to the student's own needs. It may involve revisiting a challenging concept or progressing ahead in preparation for an upcoming SAC. Other lessons will involve question breakdowns, where I help you understand the reasoning behind answers to VCE questions, which are often unclear. Lessons will go for an hour, however double lessons can be booked if wanted, allowing a flexible structure for VCE Chemistry students as they build the skills necessary for a satisfactory result. These lessons can be either online or at a public place, like Box Hill library for example.
