About Canda Daryl
Hi there! Since 2002 I've performed and recorded professionally and have enjoyed teaching music classes to children and adults. I received my Bachelor's in Music at George Washington University and my Master's in Vocal Performance at the Catholic University of America in Washington DC. For many years I have offered private voice instruction and private piano lessons, taught themed group music lessons, directed vocal music ensembles, and served as a coach and mentor for vocal talent. With each lesson, I celebrate their strengths while identifying areas that need improvement and providing constructive feedback to help students develop their skills. I aim to nurture each student, instill a positive work ethic, promote teamwork, and encourage students to discover their innate abilities to think, create, and perform.

My teaching style is a boutique studio offering personalized lessons in piano, voice and group classes, in-studio and online. I strive to provide learners with a nurturing and productive space to create and thrive.
For piano students, I utilize a healthy blend of various teaching methods depending on the student's age, skill level, personality, and learning preferences. This includes classical, Suzuki, ear training, keyboarding, multisensory learning. and beginning improvisation. Offering Piano, Keyboarding, and Music Education for ages 5 and Adult.
