About Marie
Yoga practitioner for a few years, I turned to teaching Vinyasa yoga by following a Yoga Alliance certified YTT 200H training. Fan of sliding sports, I have also decided to offer "Yoga Surf" lessons (concept made in the South West), a practice that I will be happy to introduce you to!

You will have the choice between 1H15 of Dynamic Yoga (Vinyasa) or 1H of Yoga Surf.
Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice, which combines breathing and movement, without skimping on relaxation and meditation at the end of the session.
I adapt the level of the lessons according to the students, so they are accessible to everyone, from 7 to 107 years old!
Thanks to an exclusive concept from the Basque Country, "Yoga Surf" will allow you - in addition to the benefits provided by the practice of yoga - to work on balance and deep muscles.
Classes are usually guided with music.

Premier cours de yoga pour moi et j'ai passé un bon moment. En détente et sans pression Marie nous guide au fils des exercices qui, avec le concept du "surf" sont assez dynamiques !
