About Carla Rodrigues
Through Yoga we are able to focus on ourselves, even if it is twice a week! In addition to the training I have as an instructor in the Fitness area, I did two years ago a 200h Yoga Instructor training at the school of Professor Jean Pierre de Oliveira, recognized by the Yoga Alliance. This latest learning has changed my approach to the training plan, whether you are a personalized training client or personalized Yoga or in small groups. Currently, I teach yoga in small spaces and in gyms and also give individual sessions of functional training / fitness and Yoga. If you want to try this new model, contact me, without any kind of commitment, the first class will be free, if you like it, you will see that this is the style you identify with, and if you are prepared for it, I will not say a change of life, but a first "click" on what may be your path in this life, healthier, more fulfilled, more fulfilled, tell me your availability we will try to schedule a training session as soon as possible.
