About Niyati

I hold a B.A. in Economic Analysis and bring 8 years of experience helping students build a confident, meaningful understanding of economics. My interest in the subject began with a fascination for the hidden systems behind everyday life—how prices move, why businesses grow or fail, and how individual decisions collectively shape entire markets. Over the years, I’ve learned how powerful economic thinking can be in helping students navigate both academic challenges and personal financial choices, and I’m passionate about making those insights accessible and engaging. My teaching style is warm, clear, and grounded in real-world relevance. I believe economics is far more than facts and graphs—it is a practical lens for understanding human behavior and long-term consequences. I take time to connect lessons to situations students recognize: managing a budget, making informed choices, understanding trends, and interpreting news. I encourage thoughtful questions, respectful discussions, and a supportive environment where every learner feels valued and capable of growth. Beyond teaching, I stay updated with global economic developments, policy debates, and financial research to ensure my lessons remain accurate and relevant. I enjoy bringing contemporary examples into the classroom, connecting theory with what students see happening around them. Ultimately, my goal is to help learners develop analytical confidence, broaden their understanding of how the world works, and discover the satisfaction of making informed, reasoned decisions for their future.

Economics lessons begin with a clear, approachable introduction to the fundamental ideas that shape how societies allocate resources and make decisions. Students explore concepts such as scarcity, incentives, supply, demand, and equilibrium, learning how each plays a crucial role in real-world interactions. Through relatable examples, simple scenarios, and guided discussions, learners begin recognizing economic principles in everyday choices—from budgeting personal expenses to observing price changes in local markets. These early insights help establish a solid foundation for deeper study.

As lessons advance, students explore how larger economic systems function and how different forces influence outcomes on national and global scales. We analyze case studies, interpret economic graphs, compare competing models, and examine how policies affect growth, inflation, and employment. By encouraging curiosity and critical thinking, I help students understand not only what economic trends indicate, but why they occur and how they shape communities and individuals. Learners become more confident in interpreting real-time economic events through logic rather than uncertainty.

In the final stage, students apply economic reasoning to complex scenarios, assessing trade-offs, predicting outcomes, and evaluating the broader impact of decision-making. We explore themes like sustainability, international trade, inequality, and financial planning to show how economics connects to the future they are building. By the end, students develop stronger analytical skills, clearer insight into the world around them, and a deep appreciation for how economic thinking guides wise and informed decision-making.
