About Romi
My interest in economics began during my Bachelor’s degree in Economics and deepened through a Master’s program that focused on applied and theoretical aspects of the subject. Over the past 8 years, I have guided learners at all levels, from those exploring basic concepts to advanced students analyzing complex market dynamics. My teaching emphasizes clarity, patience, and relevance, ensuring students understand ideas deeply and can apply them in real-world contexts.
I structure my lessons to balance theory with practical examples, using charts, current events, simulations, and exercises. Beginners develop a strong conceptual foundation, intermediate students strengthen analytical and reasoning skills, and advanced learners tackle models, policy evaluation, and critical problem-solving. I encourage students to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and approach economic problems creatively while developing confidence in their analytical abilities.
Outside the classroom, I stay actively engaged with economic research, policy developments, and financial trends. I integrate current economic events and case studies into lessons to enrich understanding and inspire curiosity. Watching students evolve from tentative learners to confident thinkers capable of interpreting economic phenomena and applying reasoning to financial and social problems is deeply fulfilling. My ultimate aim is to foster independent, curious, and capable students who can navigate both academic and real-world economic challenges with clarity, insight, and confidence.

I teach fundamental concepts such as supply and demand, market structures, macroeconomic policy, fiscal and monetary tools, and global trade. Beginners focus on understanding basic economic terms, consumer behavior, and simple market models. Intermediate learners explore elasticity, production functions, pricing strategies, and policy implications with data analysis exercises. Advanced students tackle complex economic modeling, international economics, game theory, and critical evaluation of financial systems to strengthen analytical thinking.
Each lesson emphasizes clarity, real-world relevance, and interactive learning. I use case studies, simulations, charts, and examples from current events to help students visualize economic concepts.
