About Josh
I have been tutoring since I was 15 (for 5 years now) and have worked with around 10 kids of a variety of abilities, having always found working with them and seeing their improvements very rewarding. I took both my GCSE and A-Level Maths a year early, getting an A* and an A respectively and am currently in my 3rd year of a heavily Maths-oriented economics degree. I am particularly strong in focusing on algebra.

I like to take a question based approach, working on exam technique and picking apart problems into simple steps that can be repeated in any circumstances. Through my own experience, I've gathered an arsenal of techniques making seemingly daunting questions far simpler and really enjoy relaying these to others. I think for every Maths question there is a 'formula' to answering it and once it's broken down into these steps, you can approach any problem with confidence, regardless of how daunting it may initially seem.
