About Troy
Hello, I'm Troy currently studying as an Economics major at the University of Maryland. During my time in middle and high school, I always found myself helping classmates whenever I could. Now I am looking to assist any young student who seeks my help in order to improve their math skills. I think math is very cool because it is involved in so many areas of our lives. It seems like we must know math to understand the world around us. When we work together I promise you will grow as a student and as a person! I look forward to meeting you!

Clear and concise teaching style the encourages inquiry and creative problem solving techniques. I want to see the student blossom as a scholar when working with me. I intend to work with middle school aged math students at a beginner or intermediate level of comprehension. A typical session would include a warm up, lesson, practice and review on the topic(s) covered.
