About Ellis
My interest in Economics developed from studying how markets and public policy shape everyday life and global development. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics before earning a Master’s Degree in Financial Economics. Over the past 6 years, I have guided students through economic concepts using clear explanation and supportive teaching methods.
I focus on creating lessons that are organized, approachable, and adapted to different learning styles. Some learners improve through graphs and real-world examples, while others prefer analytical discussion and written practice. My teaching style combines patience, structure, and encouragement to help students improve steadily without unnecessary pressure.
Outside teaching, I enjoy following global market trends, economic research, and financial policy developments. Staying informed helps me bring relevant and updated ideas into lessons. Teaching Economics is rewarding because I enjoy helping students become more analytical, informed, and confident in understanding the economic world around them.

My Economics lessons are designed to help students understand how financial systems and markets influence people, businesses, and governments. I teach inflation, trade, supply and demand, economic growth, and market structures using simple language and practical examples. Lessons focus on improving logical thinking and helping students connect theory with real-world situations more confidently.
Beginners learn graphs, terminology, and foundational economic concepts through guided exercises and interactive discussion. Intermediate learners improve analytical thinking through policy analysis, market evaluation, and case studies. Advanced students focus on essay writing, economic interpretation, and deeper reasoning skills. I also include current economic events and structured revision activities to make lessons more practical and engaging.
