About Kira
I am an Economics tutor with 11 years of teaching experience, working with both high school and college students. Over the years, I have successfully taught around 200 students and helped them improve their academic performance and understanding of economics. My teaching covers microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, international economics, and development economics.
My teaching philosophy is based on clarity, practical understanding, and student engagement. I believe economics becomes easier when students connect theories with real-world examples. I focus on simplifying complex topics like supply and demand, market structures, inflation, GDP, fiscal policy, and monetary policy into easy steps. I also emphasize strong conceptual foundations so students can confidently solve both theoretical and numerical problems.
I use a structured and interactive teaching style that encourages questions and active participation. I adapt my lessons based on each student’s learning pace and academic needs. Regular practice, revision sessions, and feedback are an important part of my approach. I also guide students in exam preparation, including answer writing techniques, time management, and problem-solving strategies.
One of my notable achievements is the consistent improvement of my students’ grades and confidence in economics. Many of my students have successfully performed well in school exams, university assessments, and competitive evaluations. I take pride in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.

My teaching style is clear, structured, and interactive, ensuring students actively participate in every session.
I place strong emphasis on communication so that difficult economic concepts become easy to understand. I break down topics like supply and demand, market structures, inflation, GDP, fiscal and monetary policy into simple steps. Problem-solving is a core part of my methodology, where students regularly practice numerical and analytical questions. I guide them in interpreting graphs, models, and economic data with confidence. Flexibility in my teaching allows me to adjust lessons based on each student’s pace and learning needs.
Accountability is an important part of my tutoring style. I provide regular practice assignments, progress tracking, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement. I also prepare students for exams by focusing on structured answers, time management, and question-solving techniques.
