About Mckewen
Well…I’m Mckewen and I currently study Economics at Durham University.
Boring stuff aside i enjoy Rugby and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and i think what separates me from other tutors is my aim isn’t to do with mastery of content, its much more aimed at getting YOU the best grade possible, I think exams are something to be approached with genuine tactics and effort shouldn’t be wasted where it isn't needed.

- believer in fun learning and tailoring work to specific needs
-believe in a more tactical approach to tutoring, teaching you what you need to know for the exams and making that a priority e.g. Economics 25markers are very heavily weighted toward evaluation, this should be a priority skill to learn rather than just being bombarded with content.
- sessions would be around the hour mark but less or more would be fine.
- my qualifications :
-Ran economics society in my sixth form and led workshops for struggling students.
- A* in A level economics (nothing less than 22/25 on any of my essays in the real exam), A in maths
- currently working at a first at university
- I also have a very keen interest in the sector as a whole and have received investment banking internships as a first year. So, if this sector is something you’re genuinely interested i can help there too.
