I am qualified in science but, as Denis Healey said, I have a hinterland; namely, an interest in arts and humanities.
A well-rounded person should have an interest and aptitude in both the sciences and the arts.
I think everyone can do well in physics; it’s needlessly been complicated by being inadequately taught.

To address the strengths and weaknesses of the person.
Most importantly to do as many problems as possible so that the person is able to get high marks.
I think the secret is to take as many problems as possible so that the exams don’t come as a surprise.
