About Melody
I am a current Bachelor student of elementary education with plans to further study as a special educator. I have vast volunteer and work experience teaching a range of subjects such as science, swimming, music, and English. I focus on a one-on-one approach, directly accepting students' questions and guiding them through difficult concepts. I offer help with brainstorming, essay/project planning, editing, and proofreading. I typically structure tutor sessions around specific content and/or assignments the student needs help with, or can design a tutoring session with a general theme to review if requested. My sessions are available for elementary, middle, and high school students in reading, writing, and English classes.
