Dear prospective students, Hello! I am a teacher who loves calligraphy and is committed to inheriting traditional Chinese culture. Since childhood, I have been attracted by the elegant lines and profound artistic conception of calligraphy. After years of study and practice, I have not only mastered the skill of calligraphy, but also deeply appreciated the cultural connotation and philosophical thinking behind it. Now, I hope to pass on this love and understanding to you and lead you into the world of calligraphy. I teach this course, not only because calligraphy is an art, but also because it is a carrier of culture, a training of thinking, and a spiritual practice. In this fast-paced era, calligraphy allows us to slow down, to feel the force and rhythm of each brush stroke, to appreciate the change and beauty of the shade of ink. By studying calligraphy, you will not only master a traditional art, but also develop concentration, aesthetic skills and critical thinking. I firmly believe that calligraphy is not only an art of the past, it can also speak to modern life. Dear Recruitment team, Hello! I am a passionate and experienced calligraphy teacher who is committed to passing on traditional Chinese culture through calligraphy teaching, while cultivating students' artistic accomplishment and critical thinking. My curriculum design is systematic, interesting and inspiring, aiming to help students not only master calligraphy techniques, but also deeply understand the cultural connotation and aesthetic value behind calligraphy. ** Course Design ** : My course is divided into three phases: 1. ** Basic skills ** : Starting from holding a pen, handling a pen, structure, systematically learning the basic skills of seal, Li, Kai, line, grass and other writing styles. 2. ** Classical Interpretation ** : Through the analysis of classic works such as "Lanting Preface" and "Manuscripts of the Nephew", students are guided to think about the historical background, cultural significance and the personal style of the artist. 3. Innovative Practice ** : Students are encouraged to integrate their personal feelings and the spirit of The Times into their creations, and try to integrate modern elements into traditional calligraphy to form their own artistic language. ** Skills and Teaching Methods ** : I focus on individualised teaching, using interactive and heuristic teaching. For example, when explaining the structure of calligraphy, I will combine aesthetic principles to help students understand the logic of different calligraphy styles. When I copy a classic, I ask questions and lead the students to think about what makes the work unique. Through a combination of demonstration, practice and comments, I ensure that each student can improve their skills and aesthetic abilities in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. ** Course Length ** : Courses are flexible in length and can be designed as short workshops (4-8 weeks) or long courses (3-6 months) depending on student needs. Each class is usually 1.5 to 2 hours long and includes explanations, demonstrations, exercises and comments. ** Qualifications and Experience ** : With a background in calligraphy and over five years of teaching experience, I have mentored students of all ages and levels, including children, teenagers and adults. My students range from winners in national calligraphy competitions to enthusiasts who find inner peace through calligraphy. These experiences have made me deeply realise that calligraphy is not only the inheritance of skills, but also the dialogue of culture and the nourishment of the soul. ** Suitable for people ** : My courses are suitable for everyone who loves calligraphy, regardless of age, level or background. For children, I will stimulate their interest through fun activities; For teenagers, I will pay attention to technical training and cultural understanding; For adults, I would pay more attention to personal expression and artistic innovation.
