About Jack
I am a Ph. D. educational psychologist retired from a liberal arts college after preparing teachers and directing masters level teacher action research projects for 40 years. I have successfully guided over sixty practicing teachers through their action research projects. I am also a specialist in learning theory and curriculum design.

I prepared pre-service teachers in all areas of educational psychology: intellectual development, learning theory, motivation, classroom management, assessment strategies, and instructional design. I also supervised my students' field experiences leading to state certification. I had a reputation for being caring, thorough, and carefully organized. I am particularly effective with one-on-one tutoring for students who have difficulty with complex learning theories.
