About Rachanee
I have been teaching/tutoring to some capacity for over 10 years. I was an instructional aide for an english learners math class -- if I can help students whose second language is English understand, I'm positive I can help you. I've worked with hundreds of students over the years, having done many one on one sessions as well as having worked in classrooms of over 20 students. It's been a great pleasure to help students improve across the board from helping with grades as well as earning their degree.

With a Bachelor's in Psychology and a solid understanding of math, I have been working in the Yuba City Unified School District for 4 years. My teaching method is to meet the student where they are and guide them based on their current level of understanding. I do a lot of teaching by asking questions to hear where the student is and to better understand their thought process. In doing so, the student better learns and understands their own process, and I am able to properly guide them. I work hard to make the material as simple to understand as possible.
