About Bangar
I am a post graduate in electrical engineering with specialization in power systems wit 30 years of industrial and 8 years of research/ development leading to Ph. D. in Microgrids. I am a good mentor. Inspired many students to achieve their goals. It is not important what you know, but what you impart knowledge to the students is important. You must asses how much they can absorb in a slow pace. You must come down to the level of the student and then you should make them to take that as a spring board.

My teaching methodology depends upon interactive sessions with students.First student/ teacher relationship has to be established. We should prepare the students to show interest in the subject we teach. For that, we must know the knowledge level of the student, the upon that we must raise him to the required level of the university, degree, diploma, ITI standards of different institutions of national and international levels. We must go throgh the basic levels, problem solving, new designs and innovative skills.
