About Austin
Hey guys! My name is Austin, I am a 19-year-old student who has been playing guitar since I was 13, and I've been absolutely obsessed with it! Now, I want to be able to teach others how to play guitar as well. I am half Kiwi and half Austrian, and I speak English, German and Spanish. I have taught many people how to play guitar, and I've also had three years of teaching experience with people from just four to 18 years old. A lot of the time, when people learn instruments, especially in my own experience, lessons can have the effect of 'killing the joy' of playing. If you do choose to join me for guitar lessons, we will take it at your pace and I promise you'll have loads of fun and start to love the guitar whilst getting better at it. Thanks! Austin

Lessons are typically around 45 minutes. My lessons are for absolutely any beginner or intermediate guitarist, of any age who is eager to learn guitar. Interest in rock, blues, country and pop encouraged! I focus on helping students develop their technique, creativity, and confidence on the guitar. My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, whether they want to master their favorite songs, improve their improvisation skills, or refine their style. I emphasize practical learning, covering essential skills like picking, barre chords, improv etc. My approach is relaxed and encouraging, and the lessons will be fun but foster steady progress.
