About Omotayo
I am a reliable and professional tutor with a genuine commitment to supporting students in their learning. I understand that different people have different skills and abilities, so I approach each tutoring session with patience and enthusiasm, ensuring each student feels supported and confident in their abilities. Through my experiences, both academic and non-academic, I have developed strong communication skills and an understanding of how to explain concepts clearly and effectively and I am dedicated to creating a positive and respectful learning environment where students can confidently progress.

My teaching approach is student-focused, with an emphasis on helping learners understand concepts rather than memorising solutions. I make a conscious effort to relate to each student and connect problems to real-world examples to make learning more engaging and meaningful. At the start of each session, I assess the student's current level and learning goals, then tailor the session to match their pace and preferred learning style. Each session typically lasts around 60 minutes, allowing time for explanations, practice and questions but not too long to get bored. In terms of experience, I have supported my three younger siblings with their studies at various stages of their education, and I am currently tutoring an A-Level student, providing one-to-one support and adapting lessons to their curriculum and learning needs. My lessons are suitable for GCSE and A-Level students.
