About Aden
I personally understand the struggle of learning mathematics and the sciences. While I was in the highest level math classes and then went into electrical engineering, it was not by pure luck or innate talent. I was not gifted with the ability to understand the concepts after just doing them once or twice; I practiced and asked for help quite often. Now my understanding of the concepts is much more solid than most of my peers, even those who understood it faster than I did. Remember, just because you don't get it now does not mean you will never understand it. Acknowledging your own lack of understanding and then working to correct it is what proves you are truly wise.

I start by introducing the concepts, equations, and formulas to build foundational knowledge. Next I walk the tutee through some examples problems to give them an idea of how to use said foundational knowledge. Lastly I have them do practice problems and examples on their own, helping them when needed.
In terms of teaching I believe that the "why" is the most important part of learning anything. Learning just the "what" gives people only a basic knowledge and lack of ability to apply it. The "why" also helps people connect with what they are learning as they know its purpose.
I can tutor math and physics classes up to Calculus 1 and Physics 1 & 2. (This includes AP classes)
